Low MOQ, for buyers who start small.
Importers, online sellers and independent retailers rarely want a container of one model. So we brand shells that already exist and consolidate several models into a single container — test a colour, prove a model, then grow the order once it sells.
Any model in this collection, in one of the 20+ colours already in stock, on the specification it is already made to. Per model.
Pantone-matched shell, your logo as print or badge, your lining, box or dust bag. Per model — models can still be mixed in one container.
The shell mould already exists. Neither tier carries a mould cost, and a TSA lock can be fitted instead of the standard combination lock.
Stock shells. Your branding. Ten pieces.
A traditional luggage order is built around a mould: weeks of tooling, then a container to justify it. We took the opposite route. The shells already exist in twenty-plus colours and we are the factory side of the deal ourselves, so what you pay for is the branding, the packing and the run — not the tooling, and not a middleman's margin.
- Ten pieces in a stock colour — no mould investment
- Colours and sizes can be mixed inside one run
- From 200 pcs with your logo, Pantone colour or packaging
- Pre-production sample approved before production
- Repeat orders reuse the same spec sheet, unchanged
Four kinds of buyer, one way of working
Importers & distributors
Add a hard-shell line to an existing catalogue without a container commitment on every model.
Online sellers
Small runs, retail-ready cartons and barcodes — enough to test a listing before scaling it.
Retail & department stores
A colour story for one season, in the sizes that actually sell through your floor.
Corporate & gifting
Branded sets for incentive, travel or welcome programmes, with packaging to match.
One container, a whole assortment.
A container does not have to be one model. We consolidate several models, colours and sizes into a single shipment, so a first order can present a full range on the shelf instead of a single silhouette.
- Several PP models loaded together in one container
- Colours and sizes mixed freely inside the load
- Cartons marked per model, barcode and retail label ready
- One set of export documents for the whole shipment
- Repeat orders follow the same consolidated pattern
The things buyers ask first
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per model in a stock colour on the stock specification. 200 pieces per model once you change the shell colour to your Pantone, add your own logo, or specify your own packaging. Because the shells already exist there is no mould cost in either case — the difference is the set-up the branding step needs.
Can I mix colours and sizes in one order?
Yes. Twenty-plus shells sit in stock, so an order can carry several colours or sizes instead of a single shade, and the minimum applies to the order rather than to each colour. Mixed runs are the normal way our smaller buyers test a market.
Do I need to pay for a logo mould?
No. Silk print and adhesive metal badges need no tooling at all. A moulded logo plate requires a one-off plate cost — we quote it separately and tell you when it is worth doing.
Can I get a sample with my logo?
Yes. A pre-production sample with your branding is the normal first step. Sampling cost and timeline depend on the logo method; ask for the current estimate for the model you want.
How is a small order shipped?
Usually by air or LCL, consolidated so several models travel together in one shipment. We prepare the export documents in-house and can ship on your forwarder's account if you have one.
What do you need to quote?
Model or reference photo, colours, logo artwork, quantity and destination country. With those five things we can price the same day in most cases.
Send us a model and a number.
Even a rough quantity is enough to tell you what is realistic — and to suggest the model that prices best at that volume.
